the confession of a late night programmer

You know you've achieved perfection in design, not when you have nothing more to add, but when you have nothing more to take away.

Right now, I want to learn how to write a program that make someone stop crying, what syntax should I use ? what algorithm should I implement ? Or it is impossible because computer programming is designed by head, not by heart. You may ask, why I want to do that? may be ,it's better to write a short program to do so, therefore, I can do my bigger job better. It's like you quick hack a perl script to do some tiny work, so you can do your big project easier. It's the same, I wish that this small program can make me in the better state so I can finish my programming work soon.

I may ask for the impossible thing,

computer is heartless, human is not.
